The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2017 in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/275/276 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27/28 of Drugs and Cosmetic Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stock of Benadryl cough syrup was seized from his possession, and, therefore, he has been taken into custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner was apprehended in course of transmitting back to the supplier such medicines which have been declared illegal.

Considering the nature of allegations made and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above
