Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he along with his father set the fire on the house of one Pramila Devi but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and as a matter of fact, the allegation of setting the fire on the house of Pramila Devi is nothing but is only an after thought story with an intent to make an offence graver against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 22.06.2015.
