However, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 is present and opposite party No. 2 is also present in person. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 submits that she is willing to live with the petitioner if he takes her to her matrimonial home, but since the petitioner is not present, no such decision can be taken.
