Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 01.02.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 41515 of 2021 (Annexure - 1 to the petition).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by filing supplementary affidavit, submits that in this case, charge has already been framed on 16.12.2022 against petitioner and other co-accused persons under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. She further submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2021.

Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49409 of 2022(5) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali in connection with Sessions Trial No. 53 of 2022, arising out of Hajipur Sadar P.S.
