It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 20.09.2017 passed in this case, petitioners were granted the privilege of regular bail but it appears that in para -3 of the said order recovery has wrong been mentioned as 3 litres as it should have been 23 litres. In such view of the matter, let para -3 of the order dated 20.09.2017 is modified to the extent that recovery be read as 30 litres of liquor.

Let this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
