====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 05.01.2018 seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S.Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that stolen motor pump installed in the agricultural field of the informant was found from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that during investigation, identification of the pump has not been done and motor pump belongs to the petitioner rather on suspicion he has been made accused, besides this, he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manish Paswan @ Manish Kumar, is

No.18358 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. G.N.Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018.
