2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 411, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that two stolen motorcycles were recovered from the house of the petitioner after the petitioner fled away from the spot. It is submitted that the seizure has been made in violation of Section 100 Cr. P.C. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
