Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is said to have given kulhari blow on the head of injured Rajiv Pandey, who sustained altogether two injuries out of them one injury was found near his right eyebrow which was found grievous in nature as some complication was developed in the vision of the injured due to above stated injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35615 of 2015 (3) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014.
