The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sahebganj P.S. Case No.89 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 498A, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was married with the informant on 22.05.2004. The informant got three children but on account of petty family dispute, the informant filed the complaint case on the basis of which present F.I.R. was lodged. Now the case has been compromised between the husband and the wife and the wife is residing with the husband-petitioner.

No.45649 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the fact that the husband and the wife has already compromised the case and the wife is residing with the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.(West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.89 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
