2. In the instant petition petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"A. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the constitution of an independent enquiry committee ог referring the matter to Vigilance Department to investigate the failure of BUIDCO and PHED in executing the sanctioned projects.

Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the Respondents to complete the water supply infrastructure work in all wards of Darbhanga District within stipulated time frame. C. Direct the Respondents to ensure supply of potable drinking water to the affected wards of Darbhanga through temporary measures until full infrastructure is completed.

D. Direct the Respondents to immediately carry out repair and restoration of the roads that were dug for laying water pipelines and left incomplete, causing public inconvenience;

E. Pass any other order or direction which deems fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience."

Perusal of the entire petition it is bereft of material information in support of the relief sought in paragraph no.1 (A to E), accordingly, the present petition stand dismissed with cost of Rs.5000/-(Five Thousand).
