JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 03.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he got opened a forged account in the name of Md.Majebul and in course of opening bank account, he identified the aforesaid Md.Majebul and on the basis of forged account and forged identification, one passport got issued. It would appear that for the aforesaid offences, two cases were instituted. One case being Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 120/2015 and another is present one.

Petitioner has already been granted bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 120/2015 and so far as present case is concerned, he is languishing in jail custody since 30.4.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
