The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 489(B), 489 (C), 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Kanhaiya Sahni was apprehended and from his possession Indian fake currency notes were recovered who disclosed the name of petitioner and Sikandar Sahni. Sikandar Sahni has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24520 of 2015. The petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2015 and no fake currency note was recovered from his possession.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36798 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nagesh Pratap Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bettiah, West Champaran in Nautan P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015.
