2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant went to the doorstep of co-accused Vikram Sah to resolve a previous fight then the petitioner who is patidar of co-accused Vikram Sah assaulted the informant with spade on his head due to which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53820 of 2023(4) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and the statement of the witnesses recorded in Paragraph 6 and 7 of the case diary shows that the petitioner himself was assaulted by the members of prosecution side. There is case and counter case.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
