The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. The prosecution case in, brief, is that while the informant was returning on motorcycle to his village Bardah from Munger and when he reached near Mushari he saw two persons,namely Md. Angur and Md.Parwez @ Pajia hiding behind the wall from before and Md. Angur fired at him , which hit his left arm and when he tried to flee away Md. Parvej also fired at him which did not hit him.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 31.7.2014. Charge sheet has

Further, it has been submitted that as per allegation, the petitioner is said to have fired causing injury on the hand of the informant. Further it is also submitted that the petitioner had no intention to commit the murder of the victim. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Munger in Muffasil P.S.Case No. 184 of 2013.
