The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura (Ghailarh OP) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that twelve accused persons including this petitioner having arm in their hands came at the door of informant and on the order of co-accused Chandeshwari Ram, this petitioner gave Khanti blow on the head of Amerika Devi (mother of informant) which is found to be grievous in nature.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is land dispute between the parties. Case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
