It appears that it is a case of love affair and the victim, specifically, stated in her statement, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. that she, voluntarily, left her home and went to Kolkata along with the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 14 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sheikhpura.
