The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three accused persons came and after administering some intoxicant to the lady members of the informant's family, stole some gold ornaments. It is further stated that once again he came in the neighbourhood the next day, was identified and caught. He happens to be the petitioner herein.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations in the FIR on the face of it are unbelievable. The petitioner is in custody since 15.8.2021 and charge sheet has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case no. 215 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
