JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2022 This application is filed for modification of the order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58712 of 2021 by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the cause title of the order dated 15.04.2022, due to typographical error, the name of petitioner's father has been mentioned as "Rajendra Rai @ Rajinder Rai" instead of "Naulakh Paswan" and name of the village has also been mentioned as "Mahiya Malpur" instead of "Mandaidih". In view of the above submission, in the cause title of the order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58712 of 2021, let the name of the petitioner's father as "Rajendra Rai @

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46151 of 2022(4) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Rajinder Rai" be corrected to be read as "Naulakh Paswan" and the "Village-Mahiya Malpur" also be corrected to be read as "Mandaidih."

Further, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioner pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with C2A No. 127 of 2021 be further extended by four weeks' from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58712 of 2021 stands modified to the extent above. The modification application is disposed of. shailendra/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
