The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjit Kumar @ Sukhari and in pursuance thereof looted mobile was recovered from the possession of Uday Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 957/2014.
