2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 376, 494, 312, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have established physical relationship with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2025.

5. Considering the facts of the present case and the fact that the FIR has been lodged after a delay of more than two and half years, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
