The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused and it is alleged that one looted motorcycle of Jamui P. S. case no. 295 of 2014 was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner carried criminal antecedents but in the present case he is languishing in jail custody since 4.5.2015 but up-till-now he has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37192 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2 / 2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P. S. Case no. 316 of 2014 (G.R. no. 2119 of 2014).
