JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 8032 of 2017 with direction to the petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was on police bail.

In such circumstances, this Court does not find any material to re-consider the order passed by this Court on 29.3.2017. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
