The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.135 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
