The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of Rambabu Lal. It is alleged that the stolen vehicle was brought to the garage of the petitioner, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015.
