No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against her. Both the victims were recovered and their statements u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. were recorded but they did not even whisper against the petitioner in their statements.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
