The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 436 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation against the petitioner that he and other accused persons assaulted the informant and set ablaze his house in which the out house of the informant was burnt to ashes.

It is submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence and the informant and others were alleged to have set ablaze the house of Bibi Asmina. The petitioner is in jail since 27.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37511 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
