The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is alleged to have fired in thigh of the informant but on perusal of the order of Sessions Judge, it appears that neither the injury report on record nor any description is made available in the case diary. The petitioner is in jail since 12.01.2015. Petitioner has already been remained in jail for 7 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36456 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 P2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014.
