The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsinghsarai instituted for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court vide order dated 3.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51347 of 2014 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has killed his grand-father by Axe and said Axe was recovered from the Nala.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed
