Petitioner seeks bail in Rajepur P.S.Case No. 95 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, two motorcycle were recovered from the house of the petitioner. One stolen tractor has been recovered from the house of Harendra Singh on the confession of petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No case was registered for theft of the said motorcycle or tractor till the

Due to village politics petitioner name has been transpired in this case. It is case of highhandedness of police. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S.Case No. 95 of 2021.
