2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 220 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is said to have sold the Gairmajarua land to the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.02.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 220 of 2022.
