Some intoxicated tablets are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Sadar (Mabbi O.P.)
