JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of appropriate order/direction commanding the respondent authorities particularly respondents no. 2 to 4 to grant permanent license to the petitioner from convening Shri Krishna Janmashtmi Samaroh (Kans Vadh Mela, 2019) which is scheduled for 26th of August, 2022.

(ii). For commanding respondent authority particularly Superintendent of Police, Bettiah and Sub Divisional Officer, Narkatiaganj not to withhold order and direction content in letter

Patna High Court CWJC No.12684 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 No. 1530 dated 21.08.2019, whereby the Collector, West Champaran, has directed for issuance for appropriate order in connection with aforesaid Mela."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
