JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that petitioner used to visit her home and on the alleged date of occurrence, when he had come to her home, her neighbours closed the door of her house from outside and called the police and thereafter, petitioner was arrested. The victim has, nowhere, stated about the physical relation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
