Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in which, she nowhere stated regarding her kidnapping. The victim was, medically, examined and she was found between 17-18 years of age. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015
