1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 273 of 2022 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. clearly stated that the petitioner has never forced her. She herself went with the petitioner and thereafter, she married with him. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagariya in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 273 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
