2. Learned counsel, Mr. Raghunandan Kumar Singh appearing for the petitioner submits that this application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6299 of 2025 arising out of Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.58 of 2024 by which the petitioner had been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks upon furnishing of bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49973 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/3 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an employee in a private company at Gujarat and the learned Advocate of the lower court could not inform him within time to execute the bail bond and hence he could not surrender within the stipulated time as was ordered to be done by this Court on 09.05.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays that the period for surrender may be extended and to that extent the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6299 of 2025 may kindly be modified.

4. For the reasons as stated in this application, the earlier order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6299 of 2025 is modified. Let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within further four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

5. This application is allowed to the aforesaid exetent and the previous order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6299 of 2025 stands modified.
