Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is brother-in-law of the husband of the victim of dowry death.

Submission is that since the husband was found a juvenile, he was allowed bail by the appellate court under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Cr. Appeal No. 52 of 2017 on 29.08.2017. Since, the petitioner is relation of the husband, he has been dragged in this case.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10811 of 2018 (3) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ghoshi Police Station Case No. 267 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
