2. The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15864 of 2025, arising out of Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024, pending before the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.2-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram for extension of the time period granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Trial Court, by a further period of four weeks from today.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made in this application.

4. Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Trial Court, as directed in order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15864 of 2025, is hereby extended by a further period of four weeks, to be counted from today.
