JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation dated 26.7.2022 before the Circle Officer, Ballia, District-Begusarai, which is annexed as Annexure-11 to the present writ petition, wherein he has prayed that an enquiry be conducted and then illegal genealogical certificate dated 25.1.2018, issued by the Respondent No. 8, wherein forged and fabricated genealogical

Patna High Court CWJC No.12680 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 table of the decedent, namely, Darbari Sah, has been mentioned, be cancelled, hence, the Respondent No. 8 be directed to consider the aforesaid representation, filed by the petitioner, and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Ballia, District-Begusarai, to dispose off the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 26.7.2022, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of eight weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
