The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named 8 persons and alleged that they having armed with different weapons in their hands begun to abuse and assault his son. Co-accused Vyas Yadav @ Kare Yadav and Laddu Yadav assaulted the son of the informant with iron rod on his head. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 19.06.2015 and 29.06.2015 respectively.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36745 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kumar-II, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Chausa (Fulaut) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
