Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the instant anticipatory bail application is not maintainable as the process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner and the co-accused persons, namely Subhash Mistri @ Subodh Pawan Kumar Mistri and Laxmi Thakur @ Lakshmi Thakur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.
