2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of appropriate order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 4 to mutate the land in the name of Petitioner bearing Khata No. 593. Khehsra No. 1903, Area 4 Decimal situated in village Ashogi Purushottam according to possession over the land in question;
Patna High Court CWJC No.12332 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 2/3 (ii) for further issuance of appropriate order/orders, writ/ writs, direction/ directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to verify the factum of possession over the land in question and submit a report before this Hon'ble Court during the pendency of the present Writ Application;
(iii) for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 389 of 2016 (Sri Narayan Sah vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) on 25.10.2018 after setting aside all the orders taking note of the fact that there was no spot verification earlier, directed the Circle Officer, Bairgania (Sitamarhi) to take up the matter afresh and dispose it of in accordance with law.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that without looking into the said order and/or passing final order, the Circle Officer, Bairgania is taking steps detrimental to the cause of the petitioner.

5. Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the said order, as per his information, the petitioner never made any online application.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring an online petition within a week.
7. Learned counsel for the State submits that if such online application is filed within a week, the Circle Officer, Bairgania shall take up the matter and after noticing all the concerned parties including the respondent no.5, shall be passing a final order.
8. It is expected that the Circle Officer, Bairgania shall be taking up the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest since the BLT order dates back to the year 2018.
9. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
