Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 219 of 2022 (G.R. No. 675 of 2022) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against this petitioner and he is in custody since 06.04.2022, this regular bail application is allowed.

No.48834 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagarai, in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Khagaria Muffasil Police Station, on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
