The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is a Chowkidar and he lodged the case against the petitioner on hearsay statements that Ranjan Yadav fired which caused injury to Pankaj Yadav. The injured did not name the petitioner and stated that the petitioner happens to be his brother-in-law and he is not the assailant.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail for last nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
