Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11117 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59508 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019, pending in the Court learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi, subject to deposit of fine of Rs.2000.00 (Rupees Two Thousand) in the victim compensation fund.

The order dated 11.06.2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
