67 kgs, ganja and cutting machine were recovered from the house of the petitioner in the year 2004 and the petitioner could be remanded in this case in the year 2014.

Although some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court but taking into consideration the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Special case no. 18B/2004 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 39/2004 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Barh stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
