The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.120 of 2017, a case under Sections 341/323/448/504/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai. Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the informant by committing house trespass.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused.
