2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and 3/4/5 of the Fertilizer Control Order.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have sold Urea fertilizer to the farmers of Begusarai instead of Khagaria.
4. It is submitted that from bare perusal of FIR it is apparent that there is no allegation of any misappropriation or black-marketing against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49258 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S.
