2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5), 352 & 352(2) of BNS.
3 . The present case has been lodged by the informant against this petitioner and other accused persons for selling her land to one Punam Devi and Nilam Devi by preparing forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is bonafide purchaser of land in question and has purchased the land after payment of due consideration money . Petitioner is nowhere involved in any fraudulent act and she is victim of the circumstances. The dispute involved in this case is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47946 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 with respect to sale and purchase of land which is purely civil in nature . Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent. Similarly sitauted co-accused persons who were sellers of the land in question have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble court vide order dated 06.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 8296 of 2025 . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC Begusarai in connection with Parihara P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
