Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case due to confessional statement of co-accused Mannu Kumar @ Abhimanyu wherein the name of the petitioner figured. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2017. However, he was not put on TI Parade during investigation nor anything has been recovered from his possession and investigation is already complete now.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10148 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Asthawan Police Station Case No. 117 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
